“Their warranties are a waste of money. Look at the proportion of 1 star rated reviews. They will do all they can to avoid paying out. After my car broke down, they only agreed to cover 35% of the repair cost. Don't bother with them - never pay for a warranty or extended warranty with them - its a false economy - the policy will cost more than the repai which you'll end up paying for yourself anyway. Absolute waste of money.”

“I’ve had the warranty for just under a year and had to make a claim for a small but essential fault on my three year old BMW. The claim process was simple and efficient, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The garage I had the diagnosis and repair done also commented on how easy it was to deal with Warranties 2000, I had to pay the bill myself and claim the payment back minus the £75.00 excess (which I wasn’t aware of when taking out the policy), the payment was made to my bank account within two days. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.”
