Door handle problem ,could not open door ,small part of mechanism within the handle had broken Warranties 2000 said it was Accidental Damage and declined my claim…I told them on the phone I wanted to cancel my Policy and they said it would need to be in writing I am trying to email them to cancel my Policy but emails are being returned as incorrect address ???? Not happy

Still waiting for payment after two weeks having paid out£940 for repairs Manraj Very helpful but payment department well I'm still awaiting payment and as said before disappointed with payout and delay in responding

I have used warrenty 2000 for the last 5 1/2 yrs, today I spoke with Claire and I am covered for another 13mths, she is very professional, friendly and easy to speak to which always helps.

I would give them 0 if I could. I've been without a car for 6 days. Kept telling me will call you this morning and never did I had to call them. Ended up haing to call them every hour to get progress. Very rude to myself and the garage. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Just renewed with Warranties 2000. Easy to deal with.....can’t recall the poor ladies name who even spelled it out for me!!!......but she was polite,efficient and friendly. So far haven’t had to use the policy on my 20 year old mint Mercedes but the warranty gives me peace of mind and all research so far on Warranties 2000 has had positive reviews from customers and garages alike. 5 stars!!

I had the option of looking around but was happy with the cover and the price and the ability to spread payments of 3 months. The service answered all my questions quickly and with knowledge so more than happy to pay my money

I’ve had the warranty for just under a year and had to make a claim for a small but essential fault on my three year old BMW. The claim process was simple and efficient, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The garage I had the diagnosis and repair done also commented on how easy it was to deal with Warranties 2000, I had to pay the bill myself and claim the payment back minus the £75.00 excess (which I wasn’t aware of when taking out the policy), the payment was made to my bank account within two days. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend.

This company is an absolute joke, don’t pay for their services complete waste of money. They have an excuse for everything and will not pay out for things that they cover! Never use. Speak to you so rudely on the phone! And have no knowledge of cars. So angry with this warranty company.

Avoid this company... they will do anything to not pay out. I had a broken wing mirror motor and they offer £150 compensation for a cost of £500. What was the point of getting Platinum cover... please don’t use!!

I bought my car (Tesla S 70 2016) and they offered the warranty 2000 Gold. Very good service/ communication with Manraj, so far so good, thank you again Manraj.

I bought a car from Carzam and after few days a mechanic spotted some issues: a tyre that was at the end of its life and the windscreen that had several scratches and could not pass the Mot. I wrote to the warranty company using the app, but I did not receive any reply. I got in touch directly with Carzam and, at the beginning, the employee gave me the wrong email address. The day after another person from Carzam called me to enquire about my satisfaction about the purchase and finally he gave me the right contact details. After that I never had problems. I always spoke with the same person, he replied pretty quickly, sometimes he actively called me to inform me about the steps to do and in few days we sorted all the issues of the car. So I can say that I have been satisfied about how this thing has been managed and sorted.
