“Had a large amount of rubbish to be removed and decided that Waste King Man with a van service fitted the bill. So ordered the service with a two man crew and on the agreed date they arrived and cleared all the rubbish and then cleaned up the area afterwards. A very good service and an excellent 2 man team. Well done to them as they are a credit to the company. The cost of this service was good value for money when compared to using skips.”

“They arrived on time. The person who arrived (John) was efficient, tidy, courteous and quick. Nothing was too much trouble and he cleared up afterwards. An excellent service. Thank you.”

“Arrived late waited in all day having to chase 3 times , there was an item of the dismantled bed that was left in our drive and some stuff they didn't take with them after booking online to be told we can't have the Saturday when it let me book , to the wrong number being put on confirmation and it not being changed when asked . To be told they would ring back on the Monday no phone call had to chase again to be told between 12 and 1400 they turn up at 1450 no apology from them or your staff when ringing and leaving stuff on the drive and in the garage will not be using yous again for 250 abysmal from start to end . Wouldn't even give them one star”

“The whole process from the first enquiry to the collection, was smooth and very efficient. I had booked a van and a man to remove approx 1 ton of assorted junk including defunct white goods, and 2 demolished large wooden garden sheds. The van driver, Dean, phoned to let me know that he would be there at 08.00hrs.He arrived promptly and immediately got to work, efficiently loading it all into his van. There was more rubbish which we arranged to have removed 2 days later. This again was carried out. Each time Dean swept the yard leaving the place immaculate. This is a company I would be happy to recommend and use again.”

“Appalling! Useless! Last week I ordered a small skip and paid in full for it to be delivered a week later. After making 3 phone calls on delivery day enquiring as to where skip was and why it hasn’t been delivered, I eventually got a call back which led to me cancelling as the earliest delivery would possibly be on Thursday evening 21st March which was not acceptable. Disappointment is an understatement. To not even receive a phone call to say the skip wouldn’t be delivered is not acceptable, then to be told they may not be able to get one and that the job order hadn’t reached the depot by varying people I spoke to. On the eventual callback to me I was told that the order was sent through and acknowledged last Tuesday. Still no response to my email asking them why it wasn’t delivered and to justify or even apologise. The only helpful person was Suzanne.”

“Absolutely disgusting service we booked a skip over 3 weeks ago to be delivered on the 3 September. We took the day off work as we had to use the weekend to dispose of our kitchen for the builders to start Monday and they never turned up! When I called to see the ETA and spoke with Lisa she assured me she would call me back for an update an hour later still no call I then called again and spoke to Anita who assured she would call me back and she also didn’t bother so after another 30 minutes I called again Chris told me it’s only getting delivered Monday which is too late for what we needed to do prior to building works starting. So basically Lisa and Anita couldn’t be bothered to tell me. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service will never use this company again. So loss of earnings for us and no accountability. Good luck if you want to use this company”

“A complete shambles. Payment (in advance) was based on an assumed amount of garden waste with an agreement that any difference would be paid for on a prorata basis. A different company showed up (supposedly a "sister" company) and they clearly had a different agenda. They immediately started haggling about the price and also advised that the amount they were told to collect was less that I had agreed with Waste King. After many phone calls between the different parties, they left having collected nothing. After apologies from Waste King I was promised, in writing, that a different team would come the next day to clear everything. The same other company came back the next day and the same guy started arguing again about the price. Again more calls with Waste King. After two hours the van was loaded with less that I paid for and the guys left. After much frustrating argument with Waste King they finally agreed to a partial refund having refused to remove the remainder of the agreed load. Altogether a very unpleasant experience and worse was the complete inconvenience caused. Not recommended.”

“Appalling. I booked 2 weeks in advance and they simply didn't show up. I was left with a grab load of waste on site which held up our schedule of works for 24 hours. On complaining I was told they'd be out immediately the but had to chase again and was then told it would be 2-3pm, they eventually contracted it out to another service provider who turned up at gone 4pm. This cost me more in wages paid to my team who were unable to work than the actual grab hire. I asked for someone senior to call me and was told maybe. I didn't get a call, apology or refund.”

“First time I have used this company and was very happy with the service. People on the phone are very nice and also the young man who collected my old furniture was very nice too. Collected as expected and I would recommend. I think it’s a two man job though lifting heavy furniture by just one person but apart from that very happy!”

“Danny arrived on time. He gave helpful advice regarding what can be put in the skip and what should be avoided. He also recommended that we ought to use a bigger skip given the amount of rubbish to be cleared.”

“Brilliant service. Tracy was very friendly and helpful on the phone and organised everything beautifully. Truck came next day and picked up all the rubbish. The guy worked solidly for two hours clearing up. They even were prepared to travel a long distance to provide the service. Excellent 5 stars”
