As an ex employee I wanted to use waste king as I enjoyed working for them and wanted them to have my business, was collected very swiftly as requested and was cheaper than the other firms I was quoted, thanks waste King

I rang up Thursday afternoon for a large skip for Friday. I turned up on site at 9 o’clock Friday morning it was already waiting for me on the drive fantastic service. And credit to Jackie in the office for sorting it for me.

So far so good. Got a phone call minutes after enquiring online and a very friendly lady arranged for the skip to be delivered on Wednesday afternoon - and it was! Very pleased so far, assuming the collection is as efficient as the delivery I'll be very happy with Waste King.

Needed to clear the garage after Dad passed away A fantastic service which frees you up to do other things at a very difficult time I would thoroughly recommend them and other providers who I spoke to wished they oferred the same service Very many thanks

Had to chase the drop off and i'm still waiting for the collection. Asked for collection on a Friday - it's now Thursday (6 days later) and its still there. No doubt I'll have to ring again. Probably won't book them again.

It was not placed in the requested area which was at the back but as far round as possible to drive, as the door from the bar is on the right hand side but no road on that side. So in the dark/rain, we had to keep going around the building to clear rubbish.

Ordered a 8 yard then a 6 yard got more in the 6 yard as it was higher Then ordered a skip for a new job and to pick up skip at old job Picked up skip at new job 12 hours later half full ,the skip I asked you to pick up is still on drive Not great

Appalling! Useless! Last week I ordered a small skip and paid in full for it to be delivered a week later. After making 3 phone calls on delivery day enquiring as to where skip was and why it hasn’t been delivered, I eventually got a call back which led to me cancelling as the earliest delivery would possibly be on Thursday evening 21st March which was not acceptable. Disappointment is an understatement. To not even receive a phone call to say the skip wouldn’t be delivered is not acceptable, then to be told they may not be able to get one and that the job order hadn’t reached the depot by varying people I spoke to. On the eventual callback to me I was told that the order was sent through and acknowledged last Tuesday. Still no response to my email asking them why it wasn’t delivered and to justify or even apologise. The only helpful person was Suzanne.

Absolutely disgusting service we booked a skip over 3 weeks ago to be delivered on the 3 September. We took the day off work as we had to use the weekend to dispose of our kitchen for the builders to start Monday and they never turned up! When I called to see the ETA and spoke with Lisa she assured me she would call me back for an update an hour later still no call I then called again and spoke to Anita who assured she would call me back and she also didn’t bother so after another 30 minutes I called again Chris told me it’s only getting delivered Monday which is too late for what we needed to do prior to building works starting. So basically Lisa and Anita couldn’t be bothered to tell me. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service will never use this company again. So loss of earnings for us and no accountability. Good luck if you want to use this company

A complete shambles. Payment (in advance) was based on an assumed amount of garden waste with an agreement that any difference would be paid for on a prorata basis. A different company showed up (supposedly a "sister" company) and they clearly had a different agenda. They immediately started haggling about the price and also advised that the amount they were told to collect was less that I had agreed with Waste King. After many phone calls between the different parties, they left having collected nothing. After apologies from Waste King I was promised, in writing, that a different team would come the next day to clear everything. The same other company came back the next day and the same guy started arguing again about the price. Again more calls with Waste King. After two hours the van was loaded with less that I paid for and the guys left. After much frustrating argument with Waste King they finally agreed to a partial refund having refused to remove the remainder of the agreed load. Altogether a very unpleasant experience and worse was the complete inconvenience caused. Not recommended.

Appalling. I booked 2 weeks in advance and they simply didn't show up. I was left with a grab load of waste on site which held up our schedule of works for 24 hours. On complaining I was told they'd be out immediately the but had to chase again and was then told it would be 2-3pm, they eventually contracted it out to another service provider who turned up at gone 4pm. This cost me more in wages paid to my team who were unable to work than the actual grab hire. I asked for someone senior to call me and was told maybe. I didn't get a call, apology or refund.
