“My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tysons Watch & Jewelry today! Sue helped us find a gorgeous wedding ring. She was patient and listened intently to my description of what I was interested in. I could tell by the type of rings she showed us that she truly listened. We purchased the most beautiful ring. The service and product selection surpassed our expectations! We highly recommend!”

“We've enjoyed the bling and the personal service at Tysons Watch & Jewelry Exchange for many years now. We have not only purchased beautiful pieces here, but have occasionally sold/consigned items thru them. There is something for every budget as I would also buy something on behalf of Grandma to give to her granddaughter and within Grams's budget. Whether it's a preowned piece, or creating something from loose stones, the staff is creative, patient, knowledgeable, honest, and I could go on and on. I don't have a ton of money to spend but they make me feel special when I visit the store.”

“This store is a hidden gem! Their selection is a balance of designer & "one of a kind" pieces. I like to periodically stop in to check out new items because there's such a variety. They've also been forthcoming & honest about any pieces I have brought in to sell. I also appreciate the fact that my privacy has always been respected. The staff is honest and knowledgeable. I've sold & bought from them & would recommend this business.”

“Truly a hidden gem of a shopping experience that isn't part of the Mall. I'm glad I went there instead of to the guy down the block who spends all that money on TV and radio ads. Personal service, bigger selection, better quality -- I'm buying all my jewelry there from now on.”
