“Super service, best watch dealer in the UK in my opinion Other reviews on here are complete nonsense I've bought and sold about 30 watches with Watchfinder over the last 6 years The top price they quoted when buying from me has always been honoured When buying good discounts have always been given, highly recommended”

“Although my Tissot was out of warranty they sent a package to send it to them repaired it and returned it without charge..... brilliant service and helpful staff who were more than polite courteous something that is lacking these days well done watchfinder”

“The feedback for this company is just unfair. They only get out of bed & offer watches to make money. Nobody who runs a business & buys a Rolex would expect anything less. They are not a charity they are a company who bring high end watches to the real hard working person who enjoys luxury yet you expect them to make no money. People seem determined to ruin this company. Watch snobs who think there watch is worth what online auction sights say. But yet would never buy from anywhere but the Rolex agents. Because it’s 5k more get real guys if nobody made profit we would not own the time pieces profit makes the hands tick.”

“I wanted an Omega Seamaster for a special birthday present for me. The one I really wanted has now been discontinued and the new one with wavy lines on the watch face didn’t appeal to me. I found the one I really wanted and after looking closely gave them a bell. Sean was very helpful, answered all my questions and was not pushy. A couple of e mails later about sizing etc; I decided to go for it. The experience was first class. I got a phone call from the despatch people to make sure I was available and a guaranteed time between 9 -1 pm. It came and I unpacked it. Beautiful box, lovely safe/ professional wrapping, it arrived intact. The watch itself is brilliant. It’s not my birthday till early October so I have put it in a safe place till then. I am really very happy and, I felt over the internet with something as expensive as an Omega, you are quite rightly a bit twitchy. All I can say, the company did a fantastic job, and if my experience is repeated for you, then you will really be very happy with them. Well done. ATVB. Alan Mac”

“Would like to mention Rihanna at the Birmingham Bullring branch, she was excellent and deserves a BIG thank you. My partner bought a Cartier and from seeing it online to collecting instore was seamless! Will recommend to friends and family for sure.”

“I enjoyed buying a Cartier La Dona from the Royal Exchange branch, saddened to see these negative reviews. My experience was very positive! considering buying another Cartier from them actually. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and given I know their competition in London at least, there is nobody I would rather buy from.”

“The whole experience was made easy . The customer service was 5 star friendly and very helpful I bought my watch at lunchtime and received it at 11 o'clock the next day it's was like new I would highly recommend.”
