“I ordered a roller bag for my diving holiday, they acknowledged receipt of order and the item arrived on schedule and was exactly what I expected. That in itself does not warrant 5*, however what I particularly liked with the service was the additional e-mail telling me that the item had been packed and was awaiting collection, and that they recycle packing materials and hoped I was not offended that my order was in reused packaging. I most certainly was not and wish more companies would do this. I received a further e-mail to let me know the courier had collected my parcel and it would be delivered the next day. Superb service and a breath of fresh air, I will have no hesitation ordering from them in the future.”

“Aqua Sphere wetsuit. Product well packaged and came with pair of white cotton gloves for trying on. Delivery not so goodbut that's because Parcel Force delivered it.”
