“We still haven’t received what was meant to be a Christmas present. It is now 27th December. We leave for our holiday on 29th December and the snorkel sets were gifts from our children for this trip. We and they are extremely disappointed and if they don’t arrive for the trip we’ll be sending them back. We paid an extra £7.50 to get them despatched early what a rip off! We had gifts arrive on time for Christmas that were only ordered on 22nd December that arrived on time, delivered by Evri and Amazon. Perhaps you need to use a more reliable delivery company!”

“I recently board some paddle-boarding boots from Watersports Warehouse which were delivered promptly and were of great quality. Due entirely to my error, I had ordered the wrong size and the customer service delivered in organising a replacement was exemplary. And of my future watersports purchases will be through this company. Many thanks team.”
