“I received my product in good time but haven't used it to answer this survey as to whether it is any good or not. The service was good but then I paid extra for a courier as there is some disruption in the postal service! I have not used customer service - didn't need to, just ordered on-line without issues.”

Hi Patsey, we are disappointed to hear that you have not yet received your delivery, and hope that it is not delayed much longer. We received your order on the evening of 11th December and we despatched it on the 12th., in normal times you would have received it by now, 20th.. Unfortunately the current troubles with industrial action by Royal Mail staff, inclement weather in parts of the country and Christmas shopping have all caused disruption and delay, all of which is outside of our control.
