“My purchase was I understand made in Cornwall. The sizing was set out quite clearly as were the colour choices and availability. I was informed when the item had been dispatched and again when it was received at Plymouth. I was delighted to be informed a few days later to expect delivery of my parcel, which was delivered to my door by an efficient postal worker. No damage to the parcel and clear instructions enclosed should I need to return the item. 👏👏 all good! Thank you.”

“Great service. I couldn't recommend them more. My parcel was sent the next day morning (I ordered on a Sunday) with Royal mail tracking service. The prices were competitive. The only thing I would have liked, but it was not Watersports' fault, it was for the snorkel to come assembled on the mask. Maybe they can have that service in the future, even if they charge extra. Some people may I lack the strength in my hands to do some physical tasks.”

“Very helpful when making an enquiry - ordered a Gul Dryrobe on line and messaged almost immediately that it was ready. We only live a few miles away so collected the following day. Merchandise looks fine but as it is being wrapped as a Christmas present will have to wait until then. Not sure about sizing so hope it is going to be about right. Good service from Warehouse anyway and at least their returns and exchange policy looks good.”

“The article ordered is a Christmas present for our granddaughter so cannot comment on that, but the ordering procedure was very easy and the delivery was only held up by the postal strikes. All in all, a very rewarding purchase”
