Thank you for your review Anne Marie. Your order was placed on the evening of Weds 23rd. It would normally have been despatched the next day, unfortunately the Royal Mail were on strike on Thurs & Friday 24/25th. The next opportunity for despatch was Mon 28th which was when it was collected by the Royal Mail, unfortunately, while we do everything we can, like thousands of small businesses, the industrial action is not in our control. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, however only the Royal Mail currently offer a cost-effective service for low cost items, and nornally offer a very good service. “I purchased a dive bag as a Christmas present for my partner. I could have bought the bag slightly cheaper elsewhere but for some reason, I felt more confident in purchasing from Watersports Warehouse. My experience has been a good one. Goods were dispatched quickly and arrived promptly, well packaged, and as described.”

“Tried to buy a mask and snorkel online, but after choosing items couldn't complete order. So I called and was told several pages/items were historic and should have been deleted from site. So why hadn't this been done instead of wasting customers time. Even the sales dept had major issues ordering them for me and i ended up paying more than stated online and it ended up taking nearly 30 mins on the phone. Sales person was helpful and order arrived on time, so I'm happy with my Mares mask and snorkel but not with the site !”

Thank you Les for your feedback which is always appreciated. The issue referred to was a mistake on our part, unfortunately we do make them occasionally. This was a combined product, a particular mask and snorkel which over the past 12 months had proved difficult to keep both parts in stock at the same time. Whist we do remove old products from our site, Google sometimes presents old cached pages which whilst visible, don't work. The really good thing is that you were able to phone us, speak to a real and knowledgeable person, who was able to help you obtain an alternative version of the package which you are now happy with, one way we do stand out from a lot of our online competitors. “First time using this business and had a very positive experience. Website was easy to use and delivery was quicker than expected. I have had this make of orca wetsuit before, so was confident that it would fit, but have tried it on anyway and is as expected. Look forward to using it next season”
