“Arrived on time from Watersports Warehouse. They look great & good quality. I was pleased to be able to support a smaller business with the cost being comparable to Argos, Amazon etc. They haven’t been tested by my little swimmers yet as they are a gift but I’ll review once they have.”

Hi Carol, thank you for your review, we value all feedback and will always follow it up in an effort to improve our service. After receiving your email and vociferous complaint we immediately checked your original order and the function of our website. When you placed your order your basket clearly showed a wetsuit size MS though you had intended to order a size XL. We try hard to help reduce the chance of errors, which are an inconvenience to customers and and extra cost to us. Before payment we require customers to check their order where the item purchased is listed together with shipping charge if applicable. On completion of an order a confirmation page shows the completed order in detail, then an email detailing the order is sent. At any of these stages it is possible to either change / correct your order or request us to do so before shipping. Whilst we are not perfect and website errors do occur, on this occasion the website check confirmed that it is functioning correctly, we have tried multiple times to replicate the 'error' on a PC, iPad and Smart Phone but have been unable to do so, if you select size XL it will be an XL in your basket. “What can I say what a fantastic company, web site very clear with all the information that you require to place an order. I have just bought a jet ski and have no idea what I required, but after reading the website I was able to order all that was required at very reasonable prices and with great delivery.
