“Great service! I ordered a Zone 3 dry robe and the wrong size arrived, I spoke to them and they sent a free return label and shipped the right size immediately without waiting for me to return the first one, which of course I did, this service means I will definitely use them again for all my open water needs!”

Don't really understand this review which suggests the purchase was made on Amazon. We do sell two different versions of Zone 3 gloves, the Heat Tech Swim Gloves at £35 and the standard Swim Gloves at £25 We have not had any special offers on either gloves as they are in short supply, in fact new stock of the the Heat Tech gloves arrived on the 28th of October and were sold out in 5 days. “Hi I recently bought 2 pairs of C skin swimming socks ( sales receipt 1137359) . I am very happy with the socks - tried them today and they are just fabulous ! I have been telling my friends about them and have sent them the link of where they were purchased so I hope you get some orders. My complaint is despite the fact that my address and postal code ( aircode in Ireland) was marked on the order and also on the box that was delivered, the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. The address was also a 6 Eglinton Park but in Donnybrook Dublin and not Dun Laoghaire which was not my aircode and at a different part of the city. Thankfully the person who received it rang me to tell me they had my parcel. I had to drive there and back which was very inconvenient with these Covid travel restrictions. I LOVE the booties and would like to ask your advice on the best kind of gloves to buy which are snug, warm but give dexterity and movement in the water. I look forward to hearing from you On my complaint”

As you say in your review, the address you provided was complete and the address we passed to the carrier and put on the label of the parcel was correct so it'e annoying that the delivery failed. Unfortunately once the parcel leaves us we have no further control and depend on the carrier to do their job. My colleague will be in touch by email regarding your question about gloves. “We ordered in advance and travelled to Cornwall for half term in the surf - The COVID 19 guidelines were very thorough and the order and collection system worked perfectly. These guys are working very hard to keep us serviced with excellent quality wet suits and wet boots. Many thanks for a brilliant service.”
