“I found the service prompt and efficient and well managed. I bought two items, had to return one due to size issues but whilst returning one item, re-ordered it in another size. This was all very easy and handled efficiently. Goods were dispatched the day of ordering and arrived two days later. I've yet to hear about my return as I've only just sent it but don't anticipate any problems. All, in all, a good service – thank you.”

“I wanted to buy from, and support, a small company. Watersports Warehouse had the item I was looking for in stock when it had sold out elsewhere and at a good price. Communication was swift, clear and charming. The item was sent and arrived promptly. They even used recycled packaging. An all-round excellent experience. I’ll be using them again.”
