“I ordered a beanie which arrived quickly despite Christmas. I then had to exchange it for a smaller one. They must’ve been on it as soon as they received the original beanie because I already most received it before I’d sent the return back! You’re obviously a bunch of humans working together and enjoying themselves and providing good customer service at the same time So good for you. Thanks very much for the prompt service. “Ordered dry robe for Christmas present, arrived in good time, was as expected, good product but unfortunately was to large for my daughter, contacted the warehouse who were very helpful, a replacement was arranged and everything went without a glitch, would use this company again”
