“Brought a changing robe as a Christmas present for my wife. Arrived quickly but was too large. Organising an exchange was straightforward and once sent back a new smaller robe arrived a couple of days later. Wife and I very pleased”

“Excellent customer service. I needed to exchange a Christmas present which was too small, I was given detailed information on how to return and the replacement arrived within a few days - thank you. The only reason it took them a week to respond is that they were closed between Christmas and New Year which was clearly communicated on their website and via email.”
