“I had not had a neoprene top before and wanted it for river swimming. Sent for 2 different sizes after the first neoprene jacket seemed a bit small. Spoke on the phone for advice and was given very helpful info. The Gul jacket I kept is excellent and makes such a difference in cold water. I have just been informed by email that I've been refunded for the jacket I returned. Very good service.”
