“Order placed was received in full and all in good order and fully packaged individually within the recycled box as per their notice of a great idea to use former cartons for onward deliveries. It was in very good condition and fully sealed. All the items were of very good quality.”

“Good, easy-to-navigate website. Plenty of choice of products and easy ordering system. Delivery came very quickly - I recall 24-48 hours. No problems at all. Supporting a business in Cornwall was my wish. The county is one of the poorest in England - a desperate situation for the locals. I left the county as an economic migrant (in my own country) 30 years ago.”

“I ordered 2pairs of GUL code Zero knee pads on Friday 3pm and they were delivered next day at 2pm Saturday to Edinburgh . The neoprene knee pads are perfect for kneel boarding and the service was fantastic .”

“Hi, I bought a pair of shoes for sailing. I was aware at the time of purchase that the size range was limited. The shoes were too small and so I telephoned to arrange the return. I asked the availability of the larger size and there were just two left. One pair was put aside until I returned the other pair. This was good customer service. I had considered buying them and just waiting on the refund of the other pair. The actions of the staff saved me addition expense ie postage and packing and I got the right size. So thank you very much.”

“Really pleased to have received my GUL shorty/ sleeveless wetsuit. Quick delivery and a good fit. I found sizing the women’s wetsuits in dress sizes really helpful. Also having looked at Watersports website- I really like the sound of their ethics. Have already recommended them to a friend 🙂”

“Excellent fast delivery, the life jackets are in perfect condition. Unfortunately I have to send them back as the person I bought them for already had some. (Better safe than sorry I thought) but I will certainly purchase (and keep) from here again!”
