“Perfect wetsuit for Open Water Swimming! I have struggled to find a suit to fit because I am a woman and 6ft tall. But this fitted like a glove. (Admittedly I’m not particularly curvy) It has perfect buoyancy and is so Comfy I could wear it all day. The arm rotation is excellent and length Is fantastic for my 6ft frame. Service was also so efficient and the staff were helpful. Thank you”

“I have amended my review now to reflect that the delivery delays I experienced have now been resolved and I have to admit that the problems that I had experienced are nothing to do with Watersports Warehouse. I still do not know why I could not get in touch with them when I needed to, but when I left my first, bad, review (which may be overwritten by this one), they contacted me immediately and the issues were resolved. My issues were actually down to the post office, rather than Watersports Warehouse. So thank you for your help in this matter.”

Interesting review this, according to Royal Mail Tracking the parcel was delivered 2 days after despatch by ourselves, if this is incorrect then we will look into it. We haven't done so until now as we were unaware of any issue. With regard to contacting us, our website is fully functioning, at the foot of every page is our full address and phone number with the times our phone lines are open, which is 9:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday. Our email address is also shown, we usually respond to emails on the same day as received Monday to Friday, usually within 2 hours of receipt. This is genuinely the first time anyone has said they have "no way of contacting" us. Mike George, Managing Director

“It's very alarming that my son now needs wetsuit boots that are almost big enough for me to wear... We had opportunity at short notice for a week on the water, which gave us the need to re-equip him with kit that fits. We bought two pairs of boots, so that we're not caught out again as he continues to grow. The smaller pair are just right, the larger pair will be fine next year. Thank you to Watersports Warehouse for having suitable kit in stock with the ability to deliver on a Saturday.”
