“This time my experience wasn't good. The bottle arrived broken. The shipping company confirmed that an investigation has been started. How it will take and what will be the outcome is not clear yet.”

“Usually all These products are very good however after trying to use one it fell apart and then seen all of the boxes I bought are out of date within 4 wks of purchasing them. Ridiculous !!”

“I’ve been a big fan of Waterdrop and am usually a regular buyer, but I’m strongly considering switching to other competitors out there. The flavours recently have lost a lot of flavour, there aren’t any new micro drink flavours coming out and when they do they’re almost always sold out (hello, lime frost) and too expensive, and there are less flavours now than before (hello, mango), but yet the prices keep going up 🤷‍♀️”
