“I ordered the limited edition Ricola bottle and it arrived completely broken with nothing protecting the product inside the package, I was sent a regular water bottle as a replacement as Waterdrop didn’t have any replacement Ricola bottles as the product is sold out. I am extremely disappointed from the brand as you are not able to deliver the product I paid for, If it wasn’t for the Ricola edition I wouldn’t have placed an order. Very disappointing for a company that consider’s itself for a big one…”

“All the drinks Ive tried taste nothing like their flavour. The watermelon has farr too much Tyme, the Cola just tastes of chemicals, the lemon iced tea is disgusting, the lemon and lime is gritty.... absolutely awful. And I was trying to find something that would make me drink more water. I'll just put simple fruit in my water instead!!”

“Usually all These products are very good however after trying to use one it fell apart and then seen all of the boxes I bought are out of date within 4 wks of purchasing them. Ridiculous !!”

“I am very disappointed because I received a different product from the one I ordered.Instead of Mango I got Mango with Cactus fruit and Instead of Passion fruit I got pineberry . If this is how it's supposed to be, it's time to look for another supplier.”
