The package box came broken and 2 items missing. When I reach out to customer service they asked me to wait a day and they will come back to me. It’s been a week and no response and I am 2 packs of waterdrop short.

Placed my order on the 5th July with delivery supposedly due 3-6 days later. On the 11th July I received an email to say that my order was delayed with no indication of by how long. I was sent a 5 Euro discount code for my next purchase as compensation for the delay but the small print read that I must spend 30 euro to avail of it, and it is only valid for 30 days, which is a joke and frankly insulting to a customer. When I went to look for reviews of Waterdrop on Trustpilot, I discovered a now defunct review page which was full of 1 star reviews, all with similar experiences to mine. I had bought from Waterdrop before and had no problems but after this experience I wont be purchasing again. I still haven't received my order!!

I have to give one star for now, cause the transportation inside EU is taking to much. It is not acceptable in EU and in countries without a phisical store, wating more than 3 days to receive an order. Still I haven't received the order and already has gone 9 days from the order day. In my opinion you must review your delivery services or even your delivey politic. By courier takes at least 3 days to delivery the order. I speak for my experience working with couriers and sending order to clients. Not expected this service.

You guys keep mis-driecting my package to Italy. I live in Portugal. This is the second time this has happened. You're customer service is never availabe in the EU, and I had to call the American office to get help. This is absolutley ridicolous. I recommend everyone to operate out of the American office ONLY or avoid this product PERIOD.

Jeg fik ikke alt jeg havde bestilt. Fik en thermo kop, som jeg ikke havde bestilt. Og fik ikke de andre ting. Har altid været tilfreds med jeres shop. Men denne gang har i skuffet gevaldigt. Desværre

First er didn’t get our bottle. The it took too much time for it to arrive. And then er see thar the colour Of the bootle top when using the smartcap is white only. It should be able to come as black, when you order a black bottle! So now I have a black bottle with a heavy white cap On.

I do not recommend a LUCY® Filter Carafe. The construction is very badly made. First, my filter clasp was leaking, contaminating my water with unfiltered tap water - and when I reported this fact, I was advisable to screw it harder. It couldn't be harder, it just leaks. Secondly, the glass is tragically thin. So thin and delicate that I would probably be able to break it with my hand gripping it tighter. My skinny girlfriend broke it trying to screw the top lid on. A tiny girl broke carafe while trying screwing the lid on, so what does that say about the thickness of the glass? (And it is a separate thing from the leaking filter thing. The filter had a bottom cover, and now I'm talking about the top) So to sum up: Not only is it leaking, but the LUCY® Filter Carafe is also so delicate that even a child will accidentally break it. While I can take the crack on myself, the leakage was already a design defect. Add a delicate glass that can be broken with two fingers and we have a Lucy Carafe. I do not recommend. If my girlfriend was only able to break it by slightly twisting the top cover, most of you will also break it sooner or later. Leaking: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/LQcUvs8I9KI

I still haven’t received this order you are asking me to review and it has been nearly 2 weeks (7 working days). I have ordered twice more since this order, 1 I received today and the other has just been despatched.
