“I still haven’t received this order you are asking me to review and it has been nearly 2 weeks (7 working days). I have ordered twice more since this order, 1 I received today and the other has just been despatched.”

“Non existing customer service Had to write 4 times before they Got back to me with other than a standard reply! Order was never delivered and waterdrop didnt take responsibility in investigating”
