“I’d really been looking forward to trying the drops, since I accidentally came across them about 3-4 years ago. Since I had a little extra money on my hand this month, I wanted to treat myself to a great variety (that’s how much confidence I had in the brand/products). Unfortunately practically all of the tastes are very boring and too sweet for my tastebuds. A few of them are ok, but I actually prefer water over most of them, and that’s shocking, coming from me”

“I’ve been a big fan of Waterdrop and am usually a regular buyer, but I’m strongly considering switching to other competitors out there. The flavours recently have lost a lot of flavour, there aren’t any new micro drink flavours coming out and when they do they’re almost always sold out (hello, lime frost) and too expensive, and there are less flavours now than before (hello, mango), but yet the prices keep going up 🤷‍♀️”

“Unfortunately I wasn’t happy at all this time. The bottle leeks when it lays down and the raspberry micro drink had a short date. If I should return it I would have to pay the shipping and that is not ok for stuff that doesn’t meet the quality standard!”

“Disappointed with subscription model. There was not an option to add other items, use reward points or to have an item for free after passing a threshold. Better to have usual order with benefits mentioned earlier.”

“The product is of high quality and meets needs and expectations. The delivery system leaves a lot to be desired. The first order was not delivered, the second attempt arrived with damaged packaging and missing products”

“If I do not consider a huge delay (more than 1 month) in delivery, I would put "3" out of "5". Nice idea but from all tastes (in my order) I liked only one. The rest is basically nothing, I expected more bright testes. Maybe I need to try others.”

“I think it is quite concerning that the inside of the cap gets mold after Only 2 weeks of use. The taste of the drops is amazing, but I don’t feel safe using the bottle because of the cap.”
