“The products offered are generally okay and good value and arrive promptly, but if you have a problem with the products or installation, you will get little support except via email, even if you have spent considerable sums on a full garden irrigation system. For me, cable supplied did not meet the spec required by the system components but I was assured it was okay when I questioned it. 1 year later, all pipes and cables in the ground and a not working system, I find that the cable is no longer offered and replaced with a branded alternative 3 times more expensive. Curious huh! Asked for assistance but they refuse any communication except via email. Unless you are a pro, pay a bit more and buy elsewhere.”
