Waveney River Centre Reviews

The farmhouse We have booked to stay in the Farmhouse from 23/12/2022 to 27/12/2022 We are a large party and I have just read a very poor review on Trip advisor concerning the cleanliness of the property apparently it was filthy and lots of broken items that need attention including the bottom oven which is not working! We are planning on cooking a Christmas dinner so therefore will need the oven to be working and it will need to be in a very clean condition especially the floors and surfaces due to bringing a toddler with us, also we will be using the Hot tub so this will need to be very clean too as apparently it is not! My main concern is that the review states it is up for sale, what happens to us if it is sold before our stay? We have another party also staying in a 3-bedroom lodge at the same time so there are 16 of us in total, will provisions be put in place to accommodate us elsewhere on the park as it will mean that we will have nowhere to stay?
