bought 2 plug ins and its not possible to change the install folder. i made another folder for plug in. i spoke with their technical support and they told me i have nothing to do and theres no refund!

“Once you buy a hardware, nobody informs you that delay time varies between 4-6 weeks (to reduce shipping costs they say). You pay 15 US$ (much more than any other shipping company) and you can wait and wait and wait. When you ask for a refund, cause you consider it as a scam, they don't leave you. “When recently buying a plugin bundle, I very soon thereafter realised I would need to upgrade and get another bundle to get the plugins I wanted. Since I had made the purchase recently, they credited me the full amount of the first purchase and manually invoiced me the difference to the bundle I really wanted.
