My order was not delivered on the agreed delivery date, despite me arranging my time and schedule around their promise.

Not that I expect anything to change after leaving a review, but I purchased a sectional that was supposed to be black... of course it wasnt... It was supposed top be luxury ... of course it wasnt. It has been longer than 72 hours and the cushions and pillow still have not expanded making the sofa look used... I waited for delivery with high expectations and to say the least I AM DISAPPOINTED! What a waste of my money and time...

I called Wayfair to delay the delivery date prior to the items reaching Canada.

Unlike Amazon they do not own a huge system of warehouses or maintain inventory and a reliable delivery system.

I ordered table on 27th December they said delivery 3rd January it is now 21st January every week excuses and different dates don't use Wayfair

Wrong materials delivered, missed delivery window and didnt call to reschedule they automatically rescheduled for over 2 weeks from original date. Then wanted me to pay return shipping due to their internal issues
