"Absolutely awful, do NOT use this website. I have just had to request a refund on an order placed 8 MONTHS ago due to a price discrepancy they were well aware of. I warned Wayland Games that the price was incorrect 3 week prior to ordering back in February. I contacted them multiple times over the last 8 months to check the status of the order and confirm that i was getting 4x bricks (8 cartons in a brick, 4 bricks in a case) to ensure that i would get all of the miniatures in collection. I rangt them again to check before shipping that this was all still correct and was informed i was now getting 4 cartons. I was not allowed to buy the case at corrected price or even a full brick. Happy to provide screenshots as evidence."
