“I have been a monthly paying account customer for 15 years. The service received before now has been good but they have left us high and dry this time. Oil ordered over 2 weeks ago and we were told delivery in 10 days. Nothing received so I have rung three times and they are telling me a further week as they have had no drivers in our area. They delivered to our next door neighbour 2 days ago!!! Why the hell don't they organise things properly so that they deliver to two adjacent houses on the same delivery.
