“The customer service from this company, is second to none. When I received the package in quick time, there were a couple of bars missing. A quick phone call saw those on their way without hassle. The Biltong / Jerky is lovely, and I enjoyed the bars. Cheers D”

“Absolutely love ordering your batches of chief Biltong. It is so moist and not hard to chew at all. It's incredibly tasty. Love knowing I can eat a healthy protein snack. Perfect for taking with an apple into work. The chief protein keeps me super full and aids in maintaining a healthy diet.”

“I bought these for my husband and started with the Biltong beef and chilli as well as the beef and chilli bars. He's often busy and skips lunch so I subscribed to a box of bars every month. He's enjoying them and I've had to tell him to slowdown on th3 snacking 😀”

“Can’t recommend Chief enough! The product quality is secound to none, and customer care team is very attentive and always happy to help where possible. Great flexibility to mix and match products that best work for you, and I enjoy swapping between the beef and collagen products. Great that Woolworths stocks the bars when I'm running low too! “I have had a really great customer experience with ordering Chief Nutrition packs numerous time over the last year or so. The only feedback I would like to offer product wise is the way the tear strips works on the jerky packs. Its quite tough to start the opening process and a number of times the jerky has gone everywhere once it does open. And it would also be handy to be able to reseal the bag as other times if I don't have a rubber band or hair tie with me the excess jerky (I don't necessarily eat it all in one sitting, it depends) goes although my bag which is annoying and very messy. But keep up the good work and products. Michelle”

Thanks so much for your support Michelle! Yes the bags aren't great for tearing open and my 4 year old daughter agrees wholeheartedly! It is currently a limitation of the machinery we have but it's on the agenda to find a better solution, thanks for flagging! Many thanks, Justin

“I bought a beef bar and biltong on Amazon. Both are very nice, so tender and I was amazed at the beef in the bar. I went to the Chief site and ordered the starter pack. The collagen bars are all very very nice!! So nice that I would find it a challenge to stop at one :o).”
