“I'm still getting used to the flavours of the beef bars. Not unpleasant, but can't quite put my finger on it. By no means inedible, just not what I thought...so far. Having said that, nutritionally they are great, one of these and an apple helped me make a much better on the run lunch choice the other day.”

“A good product but not really suitable for me as I am a type 2 diabetic and my blood glucose was adversely affected by too many of these bars, and the fat content of them is also a concern as I am trying to limit my fats intake. They are quite delicious though.”

“I really enjoyed the collagen bars (peanut butter and lemon tart are my favourite) and the biltong. The jerky bar was texturally challenging. I’d recommend the collagen bars; the biltong is nothing special compared to that from my butchers and a definite no no for the jerky bars.”

“Chilli Biltong extremely tasty, however this is only saving grace for the package and the only reason I rated it 3/5 stars. Chilli beef bar is extremely disappointing, texture is awful, chilli flavour feels like it was added at the end and not incorporated correctly. Collagen bars are edible but nowhere near the quality or flavour of the best on the market.”

“I think it's a matter of personal taste, but I didn't like it. For me, it has a strange aftertaste. The Jerky was ok, but the bars were weird.”

“Biltong was great. College bars have a weird texture and the meat bars could be drier and have more flavour. Overall pretty good. But I won't be order the collagen or meat bars again.”

“The bars are not a taste I enjoy. They may also be wholesome but they do not differentiate with other cheaper bars made in NZ. I have decided to cancel my monthly order.”

“The 13yr old competitive gymnast boy loved the jerky.. but hated the "jerky " bars. Favourites were the cashew varieties. Unfortunately they have that easy eating texture so he ate the whole starter pack in one go. This makes it totally cost infective for this household. I almost died.i hear they are a woollies now so maybe a special one off treat or when he's got a comp. Out of my price guide.”

Hi Luciana, thanks so much for the feedback and glad to hear he loved the biltong and collagen bars! They are very filling so I'm surprised he ate all everything in one go! Woolies is a good option, or for the best value the collagen bars are $3.75 each on subscription with free shipping (you can subscribe every 1, 2 or 3 months with no lock-in). The biltong is $4.92 each on subscription too. Many thanks, Justin
