False fraudulent use of bank details signing you up to something in the very small print.Shame on who you buy from for fraudulent use of your details.Fight this company for your money back as its fraudulent use of you account and very sly how you don't notice it as it comes under subscriptions in your bank payments. I got back all monies paid but that is not the point it should not happen in the first placr

The thing is, if it’s good, then why are they craftily signing up with a membership. I check my statements and the first £18 came out. Whoever is giving the our address is as bad as them. If it’s good then people will obligingly join up. Dont trick people.

I have received an email today from these people I do not know who they are. Never heard of them, they are claiming I am a member and discuss a membership fee of £18 a month!! I have cancelled membership online but will be keeping an eye on my account.

Just one word: SCAM! I signed up for Complete Savings after buying a train ticket with Greater Anglia. I felt that the scheme was affiliated with GA. It dawned on me that £15 was being deducted from my account every month without any communication regarding rewards or deductions. Upon contacting customer service to cancel my membership, the representative pretended to not hear me when I requested for the cancellation, and abruptly ended the call. Now, after more than six months, I have finally been unsubscribed. Guys, they should change their name to Complete SHAVINGS.

They simply bury the fact that it is a subscription service in the small print. The company exists on the borderline of legality. The fact is that scammers will always be a part of the web ecosystem. In a sense the real culprits are companies like Trainline who (in a quest to improve margins through facilitating customers being misled) allow outfits like this to masquerade as upstanding companies. Disgraceful.

I was signed up after a purchase on Buyagift.com. I never consented to this or my bank details being shared with a third party for a subscription service

I telephoned four times to complain that 20 x £15 had been taken from my bank. Initially I was told that a form was being emailed to me; no form arrived. Eventually, when I refused to accept that I had knowingly entered into any agreement with Complete Savings, the (overseas) agent to whom I spoke suddenly told me that he had been authorised to refund all my payments totalling £300 within 7 working days. Sure enough, a week later 20 x £15 appeared in my account. I think that this is a legal scam and you will get your money back if you keep trying. Curious that the three year old review with 5* appears at the top of the review list. So far as I can tell, this all started when I bought a ticket using thetrainline. I have appealed to thetrainline; they have been very unhelpful. I suggest using National Rail for on line train bookings instead!

I experienced the same. It seems I inadvertently subscribed to 'Complete Savings' when I purchased something online. I had no intention of doing this and had never heard of them before hand. If there was mention of this subscription, it was extremely unclear. They started to take £18 per month from my account. Rather than contacting them, I spoke to my bank who successfully disputed the transactions and I got my money back that way. However, today I received £18 from them! Which worries me, because it suggests they still have my bank details on their records. I'm following this up with my bank and have sent 'Complete Savings' an email asking them to cancel what ever account I have with them and insisting that they remove my details from their systems.

I didn't reallise when I agreed to signing up that the subscription had a £15 a month membership fee - Why was that so quiet. I tried to put my claims through and they failed. Somehow this company is still legal even when the products don't work. Get a charge back from your banks. Try it anyway. Trust Pilot warns to avoid this company but how can you avoid them when you don't even know you've signed up.
