"Webstaurantstore was the worst customer service experience that I've had in 28 years of owning a business. They shipped the wrong items from a third party, didn't send via BOL requiring signature, didn't communicate that items shipped four months early, and when we tried to get the correct items shipped or our money back, their customer service systems were VERY prepared to obfuscate Mastercard for two years. They are a multi-billion dollar SEO marketing machine masquerading as a fulfillment company. "Customer service is quick but need better way of fixing delivery problems, many time I order they cancel the order without notice the customer. I was waiting on my shipping After 3or 4 day I track my order it says on delivery so I wait another 2day and check the order was cancelled and I have to call them to tell me the order was cancel. They won\u2019t reship the damaged package when they know it\u2019s damage. Made it sound like is the customer problem when the package was damaged and returned. If this is the reason the customer didn\u2019t receive there package shouldn\u2019t the company reship the package out at the first place and give us another tracking number at first time? Order march 2, 2024 haven\u2019t received all the parts and call on 14th notice to it was damage, didn\u2019t reship or refund in until asked."
