I ordered 20 Dole soft serve mix, all mango for a big event. I received email from webstaurantstore said that they had only 8 boxes in stock and the rest are backordered. I immediately placed another order for 12 case of pineapples. It took me 1 hr to reach their support team to cancel the backordered items. They said they already shipped out all 20 boxes of mango dole mix. I requested them to cancel of the 12 pineapple doles and they would not accept them back. They're still being delivered to my address. I canceled all account and will not buy anything from them again. This happened twice already.”
“Awful customer service! Spent over $40,000 on 2 Henny Penny fryers that were damaged, missing parts and one with no factory seal and dirty and they would not replace. Took weeks to get any response and you cannot speak to someone directly. You get an email of responses that never take care of the issue. Very frustrating. You learn a lot about a company on how they deal with problematic issues and I give them an "F". I can only try to help others avoid this problem in the future.”

“Customer service is quick but need better way of fixing delivery problems, many time I order they cancel the order without notice the customer. I was waiting on my shipping After 3or 4 day I track my order it says on delivery so I wait another 2day and check the order was cancelled and I have to call them to tell me the order was cancel. 1. Order on Wed, 2/28/2024.
2. Writing this on Sat, 3/2/2024. No product shipped, but “kindly” informed “It is in stock and ready to ship in our warehouse”.
3. As of last night, I was charged $524.46 LAST NIGHT for the order, but they still have not shipped the product and cannot give me any timeframe when they will ship it or when it will arrive.
This company is a complete scam. They do not supply the products they claim or advertise on their website. They do not meet their obligations. Their Customer Service is ABYSMAL at the very best.
