The store manager promised me to investigate the issue but obviously never got back to me, absolutely useless disgusting costumer service.

I can understand the original employee making the mistake in not telling me BUT the total lack of ownership of this response by the inshop supervisors and then online customer service has been truly awful.

I bought a 300+ pound phone , after 2 weeks it stopped working, I want back to the store and they told me it had a minute chip in it that was my fault soo basically no refund or credit, I actually couldn't see this chip or knew what I was looking for??. Contacted customer service with no joy. Beyond frustrated and I waS scammed

Order in bad condition and not working fully. I tried to print a returns label was not able as it blocked printing! Poor service all round do not buy from them.

And afterwards I found out that their customers service team are a bunch of jokers seating thousands miles away somewhere in India who don't have any clue what they are talking about.

I have ordered a laptop on the 6th of November and never received it!! So I have contacted the customer service to ask what was happening and they told me that the laptop was actually delivered on the 7th.

23 and even then hospital staff had to do all the chasing as their customer service department did nothing.
