“I had placed an order a while ago and it never came. I sent an email letting them know I never received my order. They told me to wait a week and if it hasn't come give them a call. Well it never arrived and Marc let me know that they would send out another order and track it for me. I just received my order over the weekend like they promised and planted them immediately. I sent out an email thanking them for their help. I would definitely be ordering from them again because they care about their customers needs and make sure your order arrives to you and very nice. Thanks again Marc and to the whole team.”

“I ordered sativa seeds from WEEDSEEDEXPRESS and had a poor rate of germination . I let them know and they reshipped the entire order,the same day , with out any argument . I found them very easy to deal with . Replacement seeds all germinated well . Thanks Marc for great customer service .”

“Website is very easy to navigate, and the process of ordering your seeds is very straight forward. If you have any questions they are highly responsive. I ordered 500AUD of prime genetics, and they arrive to me in Australia jjst over 30 dash’s of business later (#corona): for some reason I have a 100% strike rate from the 12 I have tried so far... haven’t tried the CBD/G strains yet but I bet they are the same deal... thanks for your efforts there at weedseed “CrescendoHoffa170yearDelusion” “Disease genesis” “Actually, it’s an age old delusion, well before Moses, of blaming untraceable disease characters on external agents. We have not yet the capacity to trace the changes in cellular terrain that precede viral mass-production. As for the spider-mite, it is not seeking to eat that which is does not eat (healthy cannabis cells)... we know this... and yet the common delusion prevails “make sure to keep all spider mites out of your space, dunno how, but it’s very important...” lol... wear a mask! We have proof of stopping spider mites in their natural setting with masks/filters, but no proof that this alone lowers disease incidence... don’t even mention wind flow or anything my friend, jus tell me how bad the spider mites are and how YOU need to keep them out of your grow room.”

“Apart from the delays in transport - which is totally out of your hands, you guys are awesome. I have received a few orders successfully now here in Australia. The seeds are of the best quality and the plants are just amazing. My mates and I love the different strands available. You guys have outstanding customer service and will listen and help whenever, where ever they can. If your order doesn't make it, they'll re-ship at no extra cost, plus you always get a free seed. “very excited!, I threw 5 out of the 6 White Russians straight into a shot glass. I kept the extra seed that was thrown in for a rainy day, I purposely put a small order in of 5 White Russians to see how things went. “5 star customer service! Buyers, do yourself a favor, pay the little bit of extra money for Track & Trace to get total peace of mind. USA/July Covid order, first shipment was lost/never received but I could at least see where in the USA it was stuck in limbo. Not WSE's fault, they shipped out within 24 hours of my order being placed. Replacement seeds shipped out once I waited until the estimated delivery window had passed & contacted customer service. Received the replacements 10 days faster than expected. (Est 10/16, rec'd 10/6) TOTALLY DISCREET PACKAGE! Nothing on the outside says anything about weed/seeds, etc. Packaged in a really thick cardboard postcard you peel apart inside a regular white envelope. No return address giving it away, no telltale seed rattle sound, feels like a really thick wedding invitation or a smaller, thinner CD/game case. Order with confidence, these guys will take really good care of you! Thank you so much, you have made me so happy & I look forward to ordering again next year. Ordered NL+BB B10G10F so this should last 5-6 grow cycles at 3 plants per grow (3'x4'x6' tent). Update 10/10: Germed 3 in damp paper towels Tues night before bed (10/6). All 3 popped Wednesday night, got them in FoxFarm soil immediately & as of right now (Sat) they are a little over 3"" tall. Thank you for your reply, David. Hope everyone there has a great weekend!”

And I was impressed and relieved when my first order arrived, since then I've made many purchases and I'm wrapped with their service. Quality seeds thats Guaranteed, like you can get what ever you like. Now it does take a while for your delivery to turn up from where they are to Australia, this made even longer recently when we had a train derailment in Australia, and that didn't help. But rest assured you will get your delivery, I think they guarantee it.. These guys are Amazing and so is their product. Thankyou so much WSE I'll never shop anywhere else..”
