I asked them by mail why and did not get any responds and after a short while i received an additional mail from Klarna asking me to pay the initial amount and a delay fee. On a 90$ order I was charged 20$ shipping, 52$ import fees, and 25$ for returns ( 97$ total ).
Even without the returns that would suck but their sizes are completely off compared to any other brand so that doesn't help. ( ie: I usually wear Large Ts or Medium Oversized. I got their small, and it fit like a 2XL )
They really need to get up to speed with the standards of the industry. Most brands offer free shipping, returns and waive import fees. If they could at least do one of those 3 things, that would be a great start.”
“Avoid at all costs!!!!!! They said 14 days for a refund I chased three times because I had no notification and they didn’t want to help! After 14 days still nothing and the tracking says the package was returned to them 8 days ago!!!! They finally did a manual refund on 14th day due to my chasing and told me the refund would take up to another 10 WORKING days!!! DISGUSTING!!!! So to be clear if you want to return and you will … it’s up to 30 days to get your money back I REPEAT 30 days ONE MONTH to get your money back”
