Worst experience with an online clothing store by far. Definitely avoid especially if you live in or around Canada. On a 90$ order I was charged 20$ shipping, 52$ import fees, and 25$ for returns ( 97$ total ). Even without the returns that would suck but their sizes are completely off compared to any other brand so that doesn't help. ( ie: I usually wear Large Ts or Medium Oversized. I got their small, and it fit like a 2XL ) They really need to get up to speed with the standards of the industry. Most brands offer free shipping, returns and waive import fees. If they could at least do one of those 3 things, that would be a great start.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!! They said 14 days for a refund I chased three times because I had no notification and they didn’t want to help! After 14 days still nothing and the tracking says the package was returned to them 8 days ago!!!! They finally did a manual refund on 14th day due to my chasing and told me the refund would take up to another 10 WORKING days!!! DISGUSTING!!!! So to be clear if you want to return and you will … it’s up to 30 days to get your money back I REPEAT 30 days ONE MONTH to get your money back

Worst experience ever. The first time I tried to place an order I lost my money because something went wrong. Then, when I ordered the items all over again it went okay. I received my order and sent a few of the Items back, however I never received my money back. I definitely won’t recommend this shop and won’t be buying something again.

I tried for over an hour to place an order on the weekday website after talking to customer service twice. Major problems with the website Very disappointing and the whole experience completely puts me off ordering again.

Very slow delivery, didn't deliver one of the items and have since sent a number of the goods back and over 10 working days later have not yet received a refund!
