“Chen Immigration Group helped me with my EB1A petition (approved May, 2019), and it was an extremely pleasant experience throughout the whole process. They showed the utmost patience and great attention to details in preparing my case, and their expertise in what evidence to present and how to present them is unsurpassable. They also have a great portal where various resources/guides can be found, documents are uploaded and organized, and communications are effectively done -- almost all the messages I left were responded within 24hrs, with a few exceptions within 48hrs. “I had a very smooth and pleasant experience working with Chen Immigration Law Associates (CILA) to prepare my NIW application. I am very happy with the time that was spent on preparing the petition and supporting material as well as the quality of these documents. My questions were always answered within 24 hours as promised or if it was a more complicated question, I was notified about the additional time needed to address them. Anytime that I had a suggestion about changing my petition, either the suggestion was implemented or I was provided with a good explanation for why that is not a good idea. I really appreciate this open communication and also the trust that the CILA team was able to build through these thoughtful communications. I am very happy that I relied on the CILA team to prepare my NIW petition which resulted in me celebrating an RFE-free and quick approval (in about 6 months) for this application. Thank you all so much for the time that you spent on my petition and for your great support.”
