“Chen Immigration Law Associates helped me to prepare and submit the documents for my I-140 petition. My petition was approved in about 6 months using NIW route. I believe the way they prepared the petition and recommendation letters had high impact on obtaining approval for my case.”

“Certainly, still there are something to be improved. Some of the assistants are not very detailed on the petition, documents and answering the question. I feel they are under pressure to response ASAP, and do not have enough time to take care of the case in the best way possible. For instance, I believe that my initial petition could be written better and more detailed. I asked for a revision, but did not happened. However, when I got an RFE, the attorney took a good care of my case. I encountered a personal problem and they helped me to Handel the situation, so I appreciate their understanding.”

“Very glad to work with Chen Immigration Law Associates for my NIW application. I communicated to Miss. Chen from mid of 2016 and encouraged me to go through NIW process. I was late but found wrong myself. However, they helped to move in a strategic way and I liked the way they represented me in petition and recommendation letters which I did not think as well. Now I am in the process with I-485 with them and hope another success story. Thank you!”

“Relates to I-140 preparation service: Overall - very satisfied. Pros: Professional, always on time, smart strategics, catched a lot of mistakes in forms. Advised on all issues I have ever brought up. Cons: Some mistakes on their side (e.g. typos, mistakes in names (both client names and attorney names)) during the petition preparation. Client needs to thoroughly review their work over and over, especially if a case assignment changes between attorneys. Other comments: Well.. complete lack of human-human interactions. Instead you get human-lawyer interactions. If something is not in the contract explicitly means, you will have to pay for it additionally. Impression is that you are talking to an emotionless, but very advanced chat-bot. This chat-bot however gets the things done, always answers in a polite timely manner and is never wrong.”
