“Certainly, still there are something to be improved. Some of the assistants are not very detailed on the petition, documents and answering the question. I feel they are under pressure to response ASAP, and do not have enough time to take care of the case in the best way possible. Pros:
Professional, always on time, smart strategics, catched a lot of mistakes in forms. Advised on all issues I have ever brought up.
Cons:
Some mistakes on their side (e.g. typos, mistakes in names (both client names and attorney names)) during the petition preparation. Client needs to thoroughly review their work over and over, especially if a case assignment changes between attorneys.
Other comments: Well.. complete lack of human-human interactions. Instead you get human-lawyer interactions. If something is not in the contract explicitly means, you will have to pay for it additionally. Impression is that you are talking to an emotionless, but very advanced chat-bot. This chat-bot however gets the things done, always answers in a polite timely manner and is never wrong.”
