“I am really satisfy with the service and I will recommend Chen Immigration company to my colleagues. I received my I-140 approval after less than 6 months. “Chen was the third attorney I proposed my case to. The other twos concluded that my case was not strong enough, and proposed me expensive deals. Chen conclusion was radically different: they assessed my case as "very strong", asked me an attorney fee which cost was 60% of the previous attorney, and offered to reimburse me in case my I-140 would not get approved. I am glad I worked with Chen.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience retaining North America Law Group for my NIW petition. This was certainly the best decision. Their first evaluation and retaining them based on the approval or refund policy was very assuring. They were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They provide detailed instruction documents in addition to being available via a very responsive portal as well as being ready to schedule a phone meeting to discuss more complicated questions. “Chen Immigration prepared my case for EB2 NIW application, and they did a great job! My case was on the weaker side, as I have a masters degree only and only 11 citations at the time of application. They helped me emphasizing my contribution and the impact of my work very effectively. 6 months later I got approved without an RFE which was surprising to me. I have been planning for a green card application for the last 3 years, I worked with another lawyer 2 years ago for EB1 application, she did her job but I eventually got rejected because I believe I was not suitable for that category. So I think working with a law group who sees so many cases and who developed intuition with these categories and nuances is so crucial and having a good reviewing system in place like Chen Immigration Associates makes so much more sense. I have been recommending them to my friends even before the approval and will keep doing that.”
