“Chen Immigration Inc. is the best group if you are seeking success of your case with a reasonable and affordable prices. The team generated perfect letters of recommendation as well as a strong petition letter. I liked the instant response to my concerns and the continuous follow up with the USCIS. Absolutely, they know exactly what they are doing. I was pretty sure that my case will get success by the end, which happened finally after 10 months due to the overwhelming load over the USCIS. “They handled my EB1B case timely and professionally. They made my application look strong while I once considered myself a rather weak applicators . They know how to make the best of what I can provide in my application package. I had 20+ papers, but unimpressive 80+ citation numbers, I have a series of reviewer/committee services, and some interest/query on my works overseas. We worked together to select 6 referrers, 3 independent, 3 overseas (2 from my home country and 1 Europe ). I guess all these evidence they help me to find out helped compensate my lack for citations. In short, without them, my I140 would not been approved in 10 days (or even one week, from the time when USCIS start premium processing to the time when we got approval message) !”

“I would like to thank Chen Immigration and attorneys for a fabulous job they have done while preparing my NIW case. I have witnessed their extreme professional attitude while preparing my case. I am a postdoc and my case was approved within 4 months after filed without any RFE. Chen Immigration and attorneys team is different from other such groups in many ways. They will prepare petition letter, initial draft of recommendation letters, and if required, they will prepare testimonial letters. They will not file your case until you are not satisfied. “It was really a great experience working with Chen Immigration Group. I got my Ph.D. in Iran in electrical engineering (major of telecommunication). At the time of submitting I-140 petition, I had 14 published journal papers and some conference papers which were cited 56 times based on Google scholar record. During preparation of my summary of contribution and petition letter, the attorney group helped a lot. They acted very carefully with regard to the recommendation letters (I had 2 dependent and 4 independent recommenders). The attorney group always responded to my questions/inquiries very shortly and precisely. I remember that once I sent all of my documents to be submitted to USCIS, they read my package multiple times word by word! and they found some minor corrections which had to be done in my packages! I really recommend the group to those who are seeking for a reliable attorney group.”
