“My I-140 NIW case was approved within 5. 5 months with no RFE. I would like to thank Chen Immigration Law Group for my I-140 NIW approval. The group are dedicated and professional to their work, their response was very quick to my questions, and I also learned from the group a lot throughout the application process. I have to admire the way how they checked my documents and suggested me to include the missing documents prior to sending to USCIS. I strongly recommend them.”

“Chen attorneys are very professional, helpful and responsive in my case, especially in terms of case preparation, document drafting and providing feedback. I didn't make much change after receiving their draft, and they provide feedback within 1 day regarding whatever change I made, or questions I have. I like their quick response, which is very important in the early preparation stage when you have doubts and questions. Definitely would recommend Chen attorneys to my friends and anyone who wants to have a professional attorney on their Green card case.”

“I could not thank enough for the meticulous work and support they have provided for a quality NIW application. The preparation of my case took close to 3 months, and Chen and Associates made sure that every detail is considered prior to successful submission of the materials. They were very patient with me as I asked so many questions. I always received very well organized and structured answers to my questions. It is a huge relief that I received my approval last week, and I am so glad I got to work with the best in the field for my NIW application.
