“Yesterday, I got my I-140 approval notice in EB1A category. I read the notice a couple of times to let it sink in! It was surreal. I would like to thank Chen Immigration associates for making this happen. I had an excellent experience working with Chen immigration attorneys. The team worked very hard, coming up with so many different strategies. They are very professional, and excellent at what they specialize in - getting EB1A’s approved! Their message portal works well and the attorneys are very prompt in responding. They drafted the letters and made countless edits till it was perfect. They provide excellent guidance throughout the whole process of case prep and filing. They identified additional categories in which I qualified that I didn’t even think of. They wrote a very strong petition letter, and their hard work shows with my I-140 approval. They are very thorough and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Chen immigration law firm for their exception service. I am also retaining them for filing my I-485.”
