“I am very thankful to North America Immigration Law Group for their efforts on my EB-1A application. Despite good qualifications, as chance would have it, I already had a denial on my first filing before I came to NAMILG. However, they reevaluated my record and suggested that I still had a good chance. They prepared my petition in a very professional and timely manner and established my eligibility in very emphatic ways. In spite of this, I received a notice of intent to deny my petition. Given the earlier denial, I was not very hopeful at this point but NAMILG intended to do a thorough rebuttal and came up with a sound strategy. At this point, attorney Jesse Holmes was handling my case. He quickly prepared additional recommendation letters as well as the response letter, strongly reemphasizing my eligibility and presenting numerous objective facts to corroborate it. A few days after submitting the response, my petition was approved. I attribute this approval in large part to the meticulous efforts of Jesse Holmes and other attorneys at NAMILG and would strongly recommend this firm to anyone with cases like EB-1.”

“I am very happy to work with Chen Immigration law associates. Their attornies know their works but the important point is that the client has to provide accurate and clear information to them. If the documents are prepared according to their strategy, I think the probability of success is very high. However, I recommend to them to decrease the processing time for providing the recommendation letters and also petition. I have also seen some errors and mistakes in my petition which I think they can decrease even those mistakes. Thanks”
