“Certainly, still there are something to be improved. Some of the assistants are not very detailed on the petition, documents and answering the question. I feel they are under pressure to response ASAP, and do not have enough time to take care of the case in the best way possible. For instance, I believe that my initial petition could be written better and more detailed. I asked for a revision, but did not happened. However, when I got an RFE, the attorney took a good care of my case. I encountered a personal problem and they helped me to Handel the situation, so I appreciate their understanding.”
