“Sr. Chip Design Engineer at a Semiconductor Company: From start to finish Chen Immigration handled my I-140 case very carefully and professionally. They answered/resolved all questions/confusions quickly and helped me to build a strong case. Sometimes they also assisted me to answer some of the out-of-service questions and sometimes even at the weekend. Because of them, I think my I-140 case was approved within a short period of time. I started the green card application process with little knowledge about which category would best fit my status as an academic, and with all the changing immigration rules over the past two years, they quickly evaluated the case, assigned the best category, and guided me step by step with the application, and how to handle each of the documents.
