“This small note is to appreciate the great work done by the law firm of Chen Immigration helping to get my I-140 approval in the process of getting the Green Card in EB2 National Interest Waiver. They were professional in every step of the way and helped and guided me in getting all the documents in excellent shape. They did draft all reference letters and the first author contribution letter as well. Their staff is diligent in getting the documents to look professional even if the originals may not be in perfect English. “Chen's group did an excellent job to get my NIW I-140 approved. It was beyond my expectation because my I-140 was approved in 95 days which is pretty soon after Matter of Dhanasar. I was referred by my friend. First I thought my profile is a little bit weak and I wanted to wait for one more year to strengthen my profile in term of publications and citations. However, Chen's group gave me a "Approval of Refund" service after I sent them my resume. I could not believe and asked them again if I could get approved with my current credentials. They said YES. Well, I went ahead and started working with Chen's group since then. They will have their own strategies to get your I-140 approved. I am very happy working with them. Highly recommended.”

“Its being wonderful working with Chen. I personally contacted Ms. Chen through email before I signed up and she was super cool, and hooked me up with the 2nd best attorney (no doubt Ms. Chen is the best And it's just my opinion, and also hope my attorney won't mind) to work on my I-140 NIW. My attorney was always very helpful bringing the best out of me.
