Very happy took only took 20 mins to fix and cost £150 apple wanted £450! I will come back again if I ever need to.

Excellent service, reasonable pricing for repair on a MacBook Pro 16 M1, and they were able to pick up for a free device diagnostics of the issue, and drop off my device too, irrespective of whether they went ahead of the repair or not. I decided to go ahead with the repair though having reached an agreeable price for the completion of the repair, and with Abraham fully disclosing what the repair would entail. They pretty much had it done same day. Re-assuring, polite, and courteous staff that ensured that the procedure happened as painlessly as possible. There was no pressure to get the repair done if circumstance was difficult. Highly recommended.

Really poor experience with Abraham, a lot of deflection and untrustworthy with his Laptop sales. Despite some good reviews in here, I would strongly advise against this company. They will not look after you properly and mess you around as I have been

WeHireMac installed a faulty SSD in my iMac and then avoided any accountability. I have evidence and receipts for all of the following: I went here to upgrade the specs of an iMac (HDD to SSD). It was expensive, but I thought it was worth paying for a place so highly rated. After getting it back home and turning it on I got the first kernel panic. A Mac kernel panic is the equivalent of a Windows blue screen. These happened almost hourly, even after trying every solution (wipe, reinstall, disk repair). I went back in and explained to Abraham. He avoided any accountability and "played dumb", pretending he didn't understand a word I was saying, and that he couldn't see anything wrong. He sent me home with a look of complete distain, explaining that somehow the problem was my own. After another kernel panic I put the iMac in a cupboard and gave up - assuming I was missing something. Now a year or so later, I'm a lot more educated on Macs. I've been able to determine with certainty (and with absolute, undeniable physical evidence) that WeHireMac installed faulty components. Only go here if you're willing to risk your money, they will not be covering their mistakes.

I work as a software engineer and music producer, serving a steady clientele. My MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) had been a reliable companion for me, as I had always been incredibly cautious with it, never allowing even a drop of liquid near it. However, one fateful day, I returned home to find it completely unresponsive. The trackpad felt stiff, it refused to charge, and there was no apparent reason for this sudden issue. In a state of panic, I rushed my MacBook to the Apple store, only to receive disheartening news – the motherboard had inexplicably failed, and my precious data, stored on the soldered SSD, was on the verge of being lost forever.
